I did a full week of shouting and got my spurs! The week of April 1st, 2002
Our golden spurs are not just for show,
for the spirit of cheering you know;
And by wearing these spurs you glow,
in our hearts, where ever ye may go.
Your spurs were forged by a good dwarf,
from gold given by a Leprechan of old;
Brock forged them to the musical sound,
of every western ballad he found.
So when ye wear 'em you'll hear the heart,
of Dale, Roy and Red and of them be apart;
Wear the spurs my D'Wild West friend,
on our western friendship you can depend.
I've Gotten me Pot O Gold! hehe 2nd full week of cheering May 20th.
If you can claim our pot of gold,
the hand of a Leprechaun you may hold;
Then the two of you can jump about,
when ye find the Spirit's gold spout.
Turn the gold spout's handle with care,
for the noise will awaken a maiden fair;
If she spy's the two of you at the spout,
perhaps with a kiss, you'll be turned about.
As you turn, the secret you will find,
given by our founders, who are so kind;
For in D'Wild West you are one blessed,
among our clan, your cheering is the best.
I Got's me a Marshall Badge! hehe 3rd full week of cheering July 26th.
In the United States old west,
the Marshall's badge was seen,
as a symbol higher than the rest.
So in our D'Wild West scheme,
of cheer awards for our team,
this gold badge is near the top
I Got a pretty Golden Armadillo! hehe 4th full week of cheering August 2nd.
Our D'Wild West Armadillo crawls,
silently across our Post page,
gleaming gold among the sage,
and stops for you my friend.
If this special gift you seek,
take time within a cave to peek,
at gold seams in D'Wild West mine,
where cheers from you all will find.
What you dear team member have done,
'tis better than all of our humble clan,
for you have mastered the Spirits plan.
Our founders Spirit plan was pure,
by cheering our heritage will endure,
for your cheers are stored within,
and your writ, memories will begin.
